Pale yellow color, with gold reflexes.
The very intense perfume, with clean brackish, sea flora and sea urchin signs, is mixed with marks of heather, broom and wild bushes. Its great character and such a rare thickness for a white wine, explode when it is tasted.
It approaches to recipes of fish with definite taste.
